Siiiiiis! It’s our anniversary, we're 1 year into this thing and season 3 of the podcast has arrived! It wouldn’t be right if we didn’t start like we finished, by having REAL conversations. This week's rescue covered Survivng R. Kelly and was so long that there was no room to help anyone else get on the boat (although, TSA did sneak in. We had a LOT of sex talk so parental advisory is advised. We also dove into the seriousness of seeking help from mental health professionals and the importance of remembering that we’re not alone when faced with mental adversity.
